D3 Pulse is not open to the public yet. The service may change, be interrupted or be reset. No availability is guaranteed at this stage, and there is no payment, subscription or advertising.
Your account
You are responsible for your account and for what you publish. Institutional handles are reserved. Impersonating someone can lead to a restriction.
Your content
Your Pulse belong to you. You can delete them. A locked prediction stays on the ledger even when deleted: that is what prevents erasing a call that became inconvenient.

The final text will be published before public opening. Until then, these terms describe the actual use of the product, with no additional legal commitment.
